King of Grace worship services are supported by many faithful volunteers. Volunteers are needed setting up the sanctuary for services, serving as ushers, counting offerings, and setting up for Adult Bible Study. Live Stream Team
The Live Stream Team Members prepare the live stream and operate the cameras during the service. They are responsible for inputting the information for the sermon text and theme for the day and for operating the system during the service. This position is served as part of a team which rotates responsibilities weekly.
Ushers serve the King of Grace members and guests as the first point-of-contact when assistance is needed during our worship services. Ushers have tasks before, during, and after the worship service, including assisting worshipers with finding seats, distributing bulletins, counting the number of congregants, collecting the offering, directing guests to the restrooms and elevator, and more.
Usher teams are scheduled approximately one service per month. During Advent, Christmas, Lent, and Holy Week, more commitment will be necessary due to the greater number of services.
Counting teams count the offerings and help organize the contributions to be entered by the church office. Counting teams are scheduled about six times per year after second service and counting takes about 15-20 minutes.
